  • Where do we train? In Bronte, my place is a fully equipped haven. Feeling adventurous? We can also take it outdoors to Bronte Park.

    Where do we conduct Nutrition and Mindset Sessions? These can be fully online but I love to spice things up with some in-person sessions. Pantry audits and shopping trips call for a live show.

  • How do I access support between sessions? You have unlimited text support throughout your program and for 3 weeks beyond! Whether you need help making healthy choices at the shops, guidance on weekly meal prep, breakfast inspiration, or a home workout for the week, I'm here to support you

    How is this program different from a ‘6-week beach body challenge’? We're not about snatching your energy with unsustainable diet plans. We offer a toolkit for life—meaningful exercise, an empowering mindset, and a sustainable, enjoyable approach to nourishment. Your entire program is personalised just for you, guided by an expert, with guaranteed results.

  • What is body positive? Body positivity is about valuing oneself regardless of physical appearance. It promotes self-love, emphasizing that worth goes beyond societal beauty standards. The focus is on recognising individual qualities and abilities, fostering a positive mindset, and enhancing emotional well-being. Importantly, we're not saying you won't achieve your best body, but we are saying that the journey is about embracing and appreciating yourself every step of the way.

  • Do I need to book classes? Yup, we'll lock in those sessions upfront.

    Can I reschedule? Life happens, so let's chat. I'll be as flexible as I can.

  • What are your payment terms? 50% upfront, 50% mid-program. Need something different? Let's talk.

    Parking? Usually street parking, but our driveway is always an option.

  • Can I bring my kids? Babies are more than welcome—they're part of the TEN Fit Tribe too. I can look after the baby or give the pram a rock while you conquer your workout. Safety is paramount, so you're the workout guardian.

    Older kids: Let's have a chat. Safety first, and we'll figure out the best way to make it work for everyone.

    Can I do a program with a friend? Hooray! Having a workout buddy is fantastic. We'll tweak the program to include joint fitness sessions and some shared nutrition insights. But fear not, when it comes to personalized nourishment advice, tips, goal setting, and mindset sessions – those are all one-on-one.

  • How do we track progress? We use a variety of tools to measure and celebrate your achievements throughout the program. From fitness milestones, body composition changes to mindset breakthroughs, we've got your progress covered.

    What happens after the program ends? The journey doesn't stop when the program does. We provide ongoing support for 3 weeks via text and then welcome you to join our TEN Fit Community group.

  • What if I have health concerns or restrictions? Your well-being is our priority. We'll address and accommodate any health concerns or restrictions you may have to ensure a safe and effective program for you.
